“One of my car tyres blew out on my way home (pot hole) from work. I have never used John Wood before but I needed to sort my car out and they are located near where I work. I booked my car in online that evening for the next day (very easy and I didn’t need to pay upfront). They replaced two tyres and did my tracking. I was very pleased that my tyres were replaced quickly and my tracking was sorted (I have had issues with previous garages with tracking where it wasn’t resolved on first visit). It felt like driving a new car afterwards. Will certainly use them again in the future (I do 20k miles a year and get through front tyres quickly). ”
